FULL SERVICE DESIGN
Not every space requires structural alterations or renovation, and not every client has the time or capacity it takes to carry out a design. In those cases, Caitlin Lindley Design provides a complete design while overseeing detailed tasks such as purchasing, shipping logistics and installation. Full service design is charged at an hourly rate. An estimate of hours will be provided prior to any design work.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Caitlin Lindley Design often accompanies its full service design with construction management services for new-builds and remodels. As the intermediary between the client, contractor and tradespeople, Caitlin Lindley Design provides expertise and understanding of processes, resulting in reduced oversights and fewer unintended and costly project delays. Construction management is charged at an hourly rate. An estimate of hours will be provided prior to any design work.

VIRTUAL DESIGN
Some clients of Caitlin Lindley Design, at times, have quickly approaching deadlines, smaller budgets, or live out-of-state. To ensure that such clients have access to services, and can proceed at their own pace, Caitlin Lindley Design provides virtual design. While selection is handled by Caitlin Lindley Design, the ordering and installation is implemented by the client. Virtual design projects are charged on a room-by-room basis at a flat rate dependent upon the scope of work.
